By Nick Gandiello
Directed by Stephanie Lynge
Achingly real and surprisingly funny, “The Blameless” tells the story of people confronted with an act of violence and their determination to move forward with hope.
The San Diego Union-Tribune calls it “an understated gem that announces Gandiello as an important young voice.” The east coast premiere of “The Blameless” opens at the Hippodrome Theatre October 11. Tickets are on sale now.
The lively Garcia family has always tackled life with humor and tough love, but on the anniversary of their son’s death, their strength is put to the test as they invite to dinner the father of the man who ended his life. Full of compassion and depth, “The Blameless” is a moving exploration of loss, empathy and hope.
“The Blameless” will be onstage from October 11 through November 3. Tickets are available online and in the box office.
