Office Manager
Be part of the Hippodrome Theatre team by supporting theatre staff with general office tasks.
This is a part-time position (20-30 hours a week) with full-time possible beginning in August.

Job Tasks
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the theatre office
- Coordinate communication between different departments within the theatre
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Manage the phones
- Assist Managing Director with tasks
- Assist with daily cash deposits from Box Office and Bar sales
- Handle scheduling and coordination of meetings and events including company wide calendar
- Coordinate with all office staff to ensure smooth operations
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office management or administration
- Knowledge of financial management
- Familiarity with theatre operations
Compensation
- $14.00 per hour
