Box Office Staff - Full-Time Representative
Be the friendly face that welcomes theater enthusiasts and assists them in securing their tickets. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure a seamless ticketing experience at the Hippodrome.

Core Responsibilities
Ticket Sales
- Process ticket orders through box office, phone, and online platforms
- Provide comprehensive information about shows, seating options, and ticket prices
- Operate computerized ticketing systems
- Process ticket sales efficiently
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver outstanding, professional customer assistance
- Address inquiries and resolve customer issues
- Provide information about showtimes, accessible seating, and special promotions
- Stay current on events and provide up-to-date information to customers
Teamwork and Coordination
- Collaborate with box office staff, ushers, and house managers
- Facilitate smooth operational coordination
Requirements
- Exceptional time management capabilities
- Advanced telephone, computer, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain composure during high-demand periods
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Professional and diplomatic communication

Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred

Work Hours
Full-time position with evening and weekend shifts. 30-35 hrs weekly. The box office is typically open Wednesday through Sunday.
