Education Sponsorships
Education Sponsorship Level Benefits
(All packages are flexible and can be adjusted to fit the needs of your business. These sponsorship levels are valid for a year after the time the contract is signed)
Principal $20,000
- 56 Mainstage tickets – These can be converted into scholarships for our camp program if desired (16 tickets is approximately 1 camp session)
- 4 VIP tickets to all Opening Night celebrations for the duration of the contract
- Two full-page (4 1/2” x 7 1/2”) black and white ads in the Season Ad book. (If the contract is signed after the ad book cut-off date the company’s logo will appear on the TV in the bar gallery for the rest of the season instead of an ad.)
- Recognition as a program sponsor on HITT Public Service Announcements
- Acknowledgement as a Executive Producer on the exterior season display board for entire season if the contract is signed before the July cut-off date
- Recognition on the Mainstage lobby display for the duration of the contract as an Executive Sponsor
- Logo recognition in the pre-show Mainstage PowerPoint presentation for the duration of the contract
- Sponsor recognition in each Mainstage playbill for the duration of the contract as an Executive Sponsor
- A verbal pre-show announcement at the five minute call as an education sponsor before Mainstage productions
- Invitation to education performances
- Sponsor recognition in each education playbill for the duration of the contract
- Recognition on the HITT website as program sponsors
Teacher $10,000
- 42 Mainstage tickets – These can be converted into scholarships for our camp program if desired (16 tickets is approximately 1 camp session)
- 2 VIP tickets to all Opening Night celebrations
- One full-page (4 1/2” x 7 1/2”) black and white ad in the Season Ad book
- Acknowledgement as a Season Producer on the exterior display board
- Recognition on the Mainstage lobby display as a Season Producer
- Logo recognition in the pre-show Mainstage PowerPoint presentation

- A verbal pre-show announcement at the five minute call as an education sponsor before Mainstage productions

High School $5,000

- Sponsor recognition in each Mainstage playbill as a Production Co-Sponsor
- A verbal pre-show announcement at the five minute call as an education sponsor before Mainstage productions

Elementary School $1,650
- 28 Mainstage tickets – These can be converted into scholarships for our camp program if desired (16 tickets is approximately 1 camp session)

- Sponsor recognition in each Mainstage playbill as a Performance Sponsor
- A verbal pre-show announcement at the five minute call as an education sponsor before Mainstage productions
